Shipping policy

Postage
We use Royal Mail as our primary courier. Postcards have the option of 2nd class, 1st class and Tracked 24 postage. All other options are Tracked 24.

Dispatch
Unless otherwise stated all items will be dispatched within 72 hours of order, though I will aim to dispatch within 24 hours.

Delivery of Digital Items
Upon purchase of a digital item such as a travel guide, you should instantly receive a download link by email that will you take you special page on the web store that will allow you to download the item. If you do not receive this link, please check your spam folder and wait 1 hour before getting in touch.

Delivery Failure or Items Damaged During Transit
If you have not received your item in 10 workings days from expected due date please get in touch. You can either have a full refund, store credit or a new item shipped out.

If the item is damaged when you receive it, please take photos of it, including damage to the packaging and email at autumngogogoat@gmail.com
